I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotless and spacious, with a suite that boasted a balcony overlooking the river. The service was exceptional, with a very helpful and accommodating staff that provided top-notch service in all areas. The location, while odd in some aspects, was central for exploring Western Carolina University, the Great Smoky Mountains, and charming towns like Sylva and Dillsboro. The dining experience exceeded expectations with more options than anticipated. Overall, a great value for the money.

I was delighted with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet, conveniently located on the ground floor near where I parked my vehicle, just as I had hoped for based on the price. The pictures showing views overlooking the river added to the charm of the room.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for me as I have a condition that makes it painful to walk long distances. The location, although a bit odd with old train tracks and abandoned buildings nearby, was still idyllic and relaxing, especially with the view of the Tuckaseegee River.
